Lets start by saying down 2 lbs, 5 lbs so far. I'm happy with that number. My new healthy life style is coming along slowly. The working out is still my biggest struggle. I feel so much better already, I do not care what the scales says,I just want to feel go.
This weekend was my husband birthday, yes I did have cake. Moving on.
Went to the gym one time this week. I RAN on the treadmill...I was so proud of myself. Heading to dance class tonight for the second time for some "me" time. Dance is a great way to get your heart beat up and it's fun!
I can not tell you how many times I had the chance to not eat the right thing this week. Chil's food is just so good, but the guiltless items are not to bad either. I also have been bring snacks to work, I pack snacks for the week then have a snack when every one else is eating chips or nachos.
WATER is my new best friend, I have been drinking half my body weight for the last 3 weeks. Water really does fill you up. I lost my voice for 3 days so some of the water was hot tea. I will be happy to see the amount go down as my weight goes down.
Goal next week go to gym 3 times, dance 1 night. Stick to entering my food in my fitness pal, lose at least 2 lbs.

ReplyDeleteIt is for adults monday night at 7:45 for one hour. Really fun. We do across the floor work, turns. A little hip hop at the end. You should come. It is in Niles, if you want I can inbox you more info.
